Terms of study
These terms cover sittings, desk reviews, and risk card commissions arranged with Aware Helix Academy Co., Ltd. They were last revised in September 2026.
Acceptance
Asking for a chair, paying a fee, or sending a brief means you accept these terms. If you are booking for another adult, you confirm they know the subject is measurement of position size from a chart, and that they will attend in person when the sitting requires it.
The work
The academy teaches position sizing and chart-based risk control. Sessions produce notes, arithmetic, and risk cards. Orders, custody of funds, and the choice to buy, sell, or stand aside remain with you and with the broker you already use. A card is a measuring page. It is not an instruction to deal.
Intellectual property
Printed chart packs, evening outlines, and blank card forms are owned by Aware Helix Academy Co., Ltd. You may keep and reuse your own completed card and your own notes. You may not copy the packs for a class you teach, or republish the evening sequence, without written permission. Charts you bring remain yours.
Conduct in the room
Eight people share one table. Recording another student’s charts or figures is not allowed. The tutor may end a sitting for someone who disrupts the arithmetic; the refund page explains what is returned in that case.
Liability
Market losses, missed sessions caused by your travel, and decisions you make after you leave the room are yours. The academy’s liability for a paid sitting, where the law allows a limit, is capped at the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Thailand, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.
