Privacy notice
Aware Helix Academy Co., Ltd. is the data controller for enquiries about position sizing and chart-based risk control. This notice was revised in September 2026.

What we collect
When you write to the desk we collect your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, and the message you send. That message may mention a market, a stop style, and a risk unit. Please do not send account numbers, passport copies, or passwords. We also keep attendance notes for people who sit in the room, and transfer references for fees.
Why we use it
We use the details to answer you, hold a chair, prepare a chart pack, draft a risk card, and keep a record of the fee. The lawful bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and legal duties to keep accounting records. We do not sell lists of students.
Retention
Enquiry emails that do not become a booking are deleted after twelve months. Records of a paid sitting, including the brief and the fee, are kept for five years to match accounting practice, then deleted or reduced to a fee ledger entry. You may ask for a copy of your risk card while we still hold the file.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy where the law provides it. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. We may refuse a deletion request when a tax record must be kept.
International transfers
The academy stores enquiry mail with an email provider that may process messages on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards and send only what the reply requires. Chart packs are printed in Bangkok and are not uploaded as a standing archive. Font files for this website are requested from Google; that request shares a technical connection with Google and is described in the cookie notice.
